An Italian manufacturer with a genuinely better product, entering the most defended shelf in American retail. Pampers and Huggies hold it. Nine other brands are already fighting for what is left.
The product was not the problem. The word for it was.

Panolini makes a pull-on diaper with higher absorbency than anything in its price band. In the United States that format already has a meaning, and the meaning is wrong.
Pull-on means training pants, which means a toddler, which means a parent of a newborn will never look at it.
We mapped every brand on protection against price. Two movements mattered. Middle-income households were trading down. At the same time the premium and super-premium ends were growing.
The middle was hollowing out, and Pampers and Huggies had already extended in both directions to hold it. Entering against them on price or on protection alone meant losing on their terms, with their money.
That is not a product preference. It is a definition.

Panolini is positioned as shape shifting: a diaper that adapts to a baby's changing body through the day. Its core technology is aimed at total body protection, which is not leak prevention but comfort, fit and skin health.
It is engineered for ease. Simple sizing, easy placement, easy disposal. Everything the pack says, the pack can prove in the first thirty seconds of use.
You didn't know diapers could be like this. If something softer, freer and healthier existed, would you still choose tapes?

We put every concept into quantitative test before recommending one. Those two measures usually trade against each other. Concept H returned the highest score on both, and it is the one we built.
Look mom, no hands. The dictionary defines it as a boastful cry, originally by a child to a parent, seeking admiration for doing something difficult hands free. A child showing off, and a product that needs no tape. Nothing had to be explained. No tapes, no fuss, just a perfect fit.

The site leads with the claim the category cannot make: the perfect fit-to-baby diaper. Sizing is visual. The benefit is stated before the ingredient list. The hands free demonstration carries from the hero straight through to the pack.

We did not outspend the category leaders or out-claim them. We read the economics, found the definition everyone was operating inside, and moved the brand to the one place two giants could not follow without contradicting themselves.
