A simple inspiration, a massive challenge: How branding and marketing can be used to inspire commitment.

PACT Capital is a carbon credit consulting firm guiding businesses through the complexities of carbon offsetting and sustainability. Operating in an emerging and technical field, the company needed to deepen its market impact—but its brand presence and digital voice fell flat, failing to reflect the urgency and authenticity of its mission.



The Challenge
How do you transform a quiet, technical service into a brand with genuine emotional resonance—one that inspires both corporate and public trust in climate action?PACT’s existing identity lacked clarity and engagement: its visual language was generic, and its social media virtually silent. The brand needed to evolve from a behind-the-scenes consultant into a visible leader in the carbon offset space.

The Insight
We discovered that audiences in carbon consulting are looking for two things: expertise they can hold on to and inspiration they can act upon.
Put simply: PACT’s brand had to speak like a scientist and feel like a friend. That tension—between authority and empathy—is what motivated our approach.



The Strategy

Brand Workshop & Positioning:
We kicked off with a collaborative workshop, reviewing PACT’s mission, audience segments, competitors, and category trends.

Aligned PACT’s vision and tone—from confident expertise (“We know carbon”) to tangible optimism (“We’re in this together”).

Designed a logo combining the letters “P” and “A” to symbolize unity between purpose and action. Developed a natural color palette inspired by earth and vegetation, evoking both environmental impact and warmth.
