The Challenge

While their technology was robust, Inframappa struggled to clearly convey its value to anon-technical audience. They needed to educate the market, stand out in a blue ocean category, and most importantly—reframe their service from a “smart tool” into a cost-saving, risk-reducing essential.

The Insight

Through a deep-dive brand workshop with Inframappa’s leadership, sales, and marketing teams, RDLB uncovered three key insights:
 

  • The true value is financial and operational, not technical.

    • Facility managers care about avoiding outages, saving money, and reducing liability—not digital twins or dashboards.

  • They weren’t selling software—they were selling peace of mind.

    • Inframappa’s impact was so significant, it should be seen as infrastructure insurance. A line-item that pays for itself.

  • Visuals and tone must build trust, not chase trends.

    • The brand needed to evolve from a tech-startup look to one that conveyed maturity, reliability, and institutional confidence.

The Strategy

Working with a fashion insider of Saville’s caliber required a refined yet neutral system—sophisticated enough for high fashion, while allowing multiple luxury voices to coexist under one brand.
